| DOUR!!!! (aka my first blog entry) |

Hey folks!
Here it is, my first blog entry, and its a cracker!
Well, not really!
So, Thursday morning,me,Jonny,Claire,Wawa and Neil embarked on our journey to the DOUR festival in Belgium!
We were all very eager, such an exciting line-up: The Gossip,Ellen Allien,Animal Collective,Giant Drag and even Buju friggin' Banton!
Soooo much antipation!
Well, getting there was fine, once we got there, it all kicked off, INSANE heat,rude gits who kept pushing in queues and didnt apologise and DUST DUST and more DUST!
Could barely keep clean with all the dirt, every1 either spoke Flemish or French and if u asked for a Hoegaarden the staff at the bar wud simply reply Hmmm? hmmm?
HOWEVER!!!!!! The music was fucking ace, the company, exceptional natch
and i even took some pix!
Claire,Neil,Jonny and Wawa, on the first day, ahhhh, how clean we all were!

The amazing now spiritual no longer homophobic Buju Banton!!! def' one of the highlights!
Buju had 3 backup singers who were so damn fierce, all 3 of them with their nonchalant attitudes strutting their stuff! loves em! X
After, 6 hours of drinking in a dingy old Irish pub at the train station waiting for our Eurostar train we had the pleasure of having a family coming back from Disneyland with hideously trippy baloons and loud voices that would give ne1 the urge to deck them instantly!
